Hello beautiful human, I’m Gabby 👋 Founder of The Sage Society, award-winning Clinical Psychologist, Mum to two mini humans, coffee lover, running enthusiast + secret saxophonist.

There are a couple of other options available to you...

Option A: You can go to uni for 6-10 years, work with clients for another 10 years and begin each morning reading psychology journal articles with your morning coffee instead of scrolling the ‘gram… (warning: they’re RIDICULOUSLY long and pretty dry unless terms like ‘standard deviation’ get you excited...) 

Option B: you can have multiple hour-long sessions with a Clinical Psychologist on a weekly basis to better understand your own psychology and how to go about making lasting change (unfortunately not with me though! My waitlist doesn’t seem to be disappearing anytime soon).

What’s the time commitment to get results from my membership? . . .

The length of a Bluey episode is all you need (20 minutes) per week to see results.

I’m pretty into personal development and discovering useful tools already...will this be covering a lot of the same stuff? . . .

It sounds like you’re in the right place then! All of the tools are broken down into the knowledge and exercises to IMPLEMENT and integrate. And backed by the latest and greatest in neuroscience and psychology.

I really want to join but I’m not sure if now’s the right time. Any tips? . . .
